Our board meeting was cancelled last week due to we NEED ALL OUR CURRENT BOARD & INCOMING BOARD MEMBERS TO BE PRESENT because this is the LAST BOARD MEETING of the YEAR.

This is a mandatory Board Meeting. We have several important matters to discuss and finalize.
