The AACA was established in January 2008 by the original founding members representatives from the Chinese, Japanese, Korea, and Thai Chamber of Commerce in Southern California to maximize their influence and expand their economic opportunites.

AACA invited all Asian Chamber organizations to join them. The AACA is now composed of Korean, Chinese Japanese, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Pakistan, Cambodia, Mongolia, and the Philippines. According to Leo, the AACA organization is still growing. Let us all be proud because our FACC,sfv is the only recognized Filipino Chamber of Commerce in the AACA organization.
